Vegan gluten-free pancakes

These are lovely pancakes: quick and easy to make, I have another recipe somewhere I will find for you also, you can try making one batch of each and choose your favourite. I just can't find the recipe just now, hehehehe!

Vegan gluten-free pancake
-= Ingredients =-

* 10 oz doves farm gluten free plain flour
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1 cup non dairy milk
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 1 cup water
* 1 pinch of good quality salt

-= Instructions =-

In a large mixing bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Now make a batter by gradually adding water into it. Make the batter thinner by gradually adding milk into it and without leaving lumps of flour. Leave the batter to rest for 10 minutes. Melt some butter in a frying pan or grease a griddle and cook the pancakes. Eat with the topping of your choice.
